Whatever type of research you do, you probably have some data. International Love Your Data Week, celebrated from 13-17 February, aims to remind researchers to take good care of their data.

This year’s theme is emphasizing data quality for researchers at any stage in their career. Good data management practices can lead to improved access to data, guaranteed authenticity of research data, and meeting the requirements of funding bodies, publishers and employers.

Follow ACU Library on Twittelove your datar as we spend Love Your Data Week sharing practical tips, resources, and stories to help researchers at any stage in their career use good data practices.

Share your questions and experiences of documenting and data, or see some examples of good data and how to rescue unloved data via the hashtags #LYD17 and #LoveYourData.

For more information about research data management, visit our Research Data Management Toolkit and take a look at some of the datasets on Research Bank.
