This issue is now resolved. Please contact the Library if you experience any further issues.

Our online resources are available whenever you need them, wherever you are—whether you’re in Library, on the train or at home.

However, if you’re trying to access journal articles off campus, you may have been experiencing some issues.

What’s the problem?

When you use Library Search off-campus you will only see local collection items, such as books that are held in our Campus Libraries. That means you won’t be able to see journal articles or newspaper articles that are available online.

How can I fix it?

When studying or working off campus, sign into My Library to see full results. This will allow you to find and access online journal articles, as well as books and other items in our collection.

What next?

We’re working hard to resolve the issue, and it should only affect you when you’re off-campus. However, if you have any questions or experience issues, please let us know.

You can contact the Library online, over the phone, in person or via 24/7 chat and SMS during the semester.

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
